Find the Great Stars in a guarded wagon on Altus Plateau, on the road southwest of the Road of Iniquity Side Path Site of Grace. Follow the road from the grace toward Writheblood Ruins and check the carriage along the way.
Where to find the Great Stars
- Travel to the Road of Iniquity Side Path Site of Grace in Altus Plateau.
- Follow the road southwest, in the direction of Writheblood Ruins.
- Look for a guarded wagon or carriage on the road and collect the Great Stars from it.
The wagon is the item’s confirmed location; the available location descriptions do not establish that you must defeat its guards to collect the weapon. If you have not uncovered the surrounding map, map fragments reveal area maps, and Sites of Grace display Guidance of Grace. You can also place a map beacon to show a marker on your compass, as explained in Bandai Namco’s gameplay overview.

What the Great Stars is
Great Stars is a Great Hammer. Its listed requirements are 22 Strength and 12 Dexterity, and its listed weight is 10. Item references also describe blood loss buildup and slight HP recovery when attacks land.
Is there another way to get Great Stars?
Eldenpedia reports that Magnus the Beast Claw drops Great Stars as of patch 1.06. That alternate source is less firmly verified than the wagon location, so treat it as a community-wiki report rather than a confirmed current-patch route. The guarded wagon remains the straightforward location to check.
