Where to farm Farraki Papyrus
Run Zul’Farrak and collect eight Farraki Papyrus. Some guides describe the item as dropping from any mob in the dungeon, while an item-page comment and another guide point to zombies spawned by clickable graves. Prioritize those grave-spawned zombies if you want a focused target, but keep killing other enemies as you clear the instance; the available descriptions do not prove the zombies are the exclusive source.

Quest requirements and turn-in
A Lesson in Literacy is a Mage quest with a level 42 requirement in the referenced guides. Start it with the librarian in your faction capital: Garion Wendell in Stormwind or Owen Thadd in Undercity.

Once you have all three materials, return to the quest contact who gave you the assignment. Completing it awards the Temporal Anomaly rune and a Personal Spellbook, as listed on the quest page.
Can you get the rune from a vendor instead?
The Temporal Anomaly guide also reports that class runes and class skill books can be bought from city vendors. It cautions that some discoveries or rune-related quests may not work properly if you first learn the rune from a vendor. Because that behavior can depend on the game client version and your quest state, check the current game before skipping A Lesson in Literacy if you want its quest rewards or need to preserve related discoveries. The guide was updated April 6, 2024 and identified Patch 1.15.8 when retrieved; vendor behavior may differ in later versions.
