THQ Nordic published an eight-minute gameplay trailer for Fatekeeper on November 20, 2025. Described by the publisher as an uncut adventure, the footage offers a look at combat, exploration, gear, discovery and the game’s early story threads. Watch the official trailer and read THQ Nordic’s announcement.
What does the Fatekeeper gameplay trailer show?
The trailer presents an early look at Fatekeeper through gameplay rather than a detailed feature breakdown. THQ Nordic says it includes combat, the first hints of the story, exploration, gear and discovery. The announcement does not identify specific weapons, spells, locations or plot events shown in the video, so those details are best judged from the footage itself.
THQ Nordic calls the eight-minute video an uncut adventure. That describes the publisher’s presentation of the footage; it is not a claim that the video demonstrates every part of the game or an uninterrupted full play session.
What kind of game is Fatekeeper?
Fatekeeper is a first-person RPG described by its official Steam page as a sword-and-sorcery adventure. Its listed building blocks include swords, spells and relics, with player choices shaping the character and journey. The trailer gives a glimpse of those ideas in action, but the publisher’s announcement does not provide a complete account of the game’s systems.

Who is making Fatekeeper?

In its 2025 announcement, THQ Nordic described Paraglacial as a team of 12 people; that is the publisher’s characterization, not an independently verified current headcount. The game was first unveiled during THQ Nordic’s August 2025 showcase, according to the same announcement.
