Forza Horizon 6 launched on May 19, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S and PC. Premium Edition owners and Premium Upgrade holders could start playing four days earlier, on May 15. PlayStation 5 was announced for a later 2026 release, but no specific date is established here.

The standard release date was May 19, 2026, on Xbox Series X|S and PC, according to Forza’s launch announcement. Premium Edition early access began May 15, 2026, as confirmed in the early-access update.
Which platforms launched first?

Xbox Series X|S and PC were the platforms named for the May 19 launch. The Xbox product listing advertises more than 550 real-world cars and presents Game Pass as an access route. Check the live listing for the applicable plan, region, and catalog terms, which can change.
PlayStation 5
In its PC and platform article, Forza said a PlayStation 5 version was planned for later in 2026. That announcement did not specify a release date, and it does not establish the game’s current PS5 availability.

What did Premium early access include?
Forza’s launch update said Premium Edition and Premium Upgrade included early access from May 15, as well as these package benefits:
- VIP Membership and Welcome Pack
- Time Attack Car Pack and Italian Passion Car Pack
- Car Pass with 30 cars, delivered one per week
- Two Premium Expansions as they become available
The same update described a pre-launch purchase bonus: an exclusive pre-tuned Ferrari J50. This was a time-limited launch offer, not confirmation that it can still be claimed.
