How do you unlock New Game Plus?
Finish the main story. New Game Plus then becomes available, letting you start Atsu’s quest again with campaign-earned items and progress. Sucker Punch’s November 19, 2025 announcement said the mode also adds harder difficulty options and two new trophies.
What carries over into New Game Plus?
The announcement says players can restart with earned armor, abilities, and weapons. PlayStation’s current Ghost of Yōtei game page describes the carryover more broadly: gear, upgrades, cosmetics, resources, and collectibles. These are the categories PlayStation identifies; it does not provide a more granular item-by-item carryover list in those sources.

What are Ghost Flowers for?
Ghost Flowers are the currency for the New Game Plus vendor. The patch notes establish the vendor and currency; the announcement describes more than 30 new cosmetics, including armor sets and weapon dyes, as well as 10 new charms. The patch notes specifically confirm two new armor sets. Rewards are purchased from the vendor with Ghost Flowers earned while playing.
Which camps and duels can you replay?
After completing a challenge once, players can replay the Yōtei Six Camps and duels. The 1.100 notes count 22 camps and 26 replayable duels. PlayStation’s current game page lists 22 challenge-content locations and 27 duels. The figures refer to different source snapshots: 26 is the contemporaneous count stated for patch 1.100, while 27 is the count on the current page.

- A Balanced graphics mode, which requires a display supporting a 120 Hz refresh rate.
Controls and accessibility
- Touchpad-swipe actions can be remapped to the right D-pad.
- Visual indicators show when animals are leading Atsu.
- Dead enemies can be looted automatically.
- An option turns off fall damage, though some falls remain lethal.
- Sumi-e minigames can be skipped, and alternative minigame controls are available.
Photo Mode
Photo Mode gains shutter-speed controls, a composition grid, and new filters, alongside minor fixes and icon changes.
What bugs did patch 1.100 fix?
The official notes describe fixes for rare crashes, rare visual bugs, mission issues and mission blockers, autosave adjustments, and clarified charm descriptions. They do not identify every affected mission or enumerate individual crash and visual-bug scenarios, so a more specific fix list cannot be confirmed from the published notes.

No. Patch 1.100 is the November 2025 update that introduced New Game Plus. PlayStation later announced v2.0 for October 1, 2026 globally, with October 2 availability in some territories.
