The Grey Labyrinth is a large puzzle-and-exploration region in Slime Rancher 2. To reach it, look for hidden doors in Ember Valley or Starlight Strand; the community zone guide says these entrances involve puzzles and a Radiant Projector. Once inside, activate map nodes to reveal more of the Labyrinth, and use a Disruption Detector to track Prisma Disruptions that can alter terrain and resources.
How to enter the Grey Labyrinth
The Grey Labyrinth lies southwest of Ember Valley and Starlight Strand, according to the community-maintained Grey Labyrinth zone guide. That guide describes hidden doors in both regions that require puzzle-solving and a Radiant Projector. It does not provide a verified set of coordinates or complete step-by-step solutions, so treat this as a broad pointer rather than a precise entrance route.

If you are searching for an entrance, explore the relevant areas for concealed doors and puzzle clues, and make sure you have access to a Radiant Projector. The official announcement identifies the Radiant Projector as a functional gadget, but does not spell out the exact entrance puzzles.
How to navigate once you are inside
The Labyrinth has a local map that is available only while you are in the region. Monomi Park says that activating map nodes throughout the area progressively reveals it. Nodes are therefore worth activating as you encounter them rather than leaving them for later.

Use the map and disruption tracking
- Open the local map as you explore and activate map nodes to uncover more of the area.
- Use a Disruption Detector to track Prisma Disruptions on the map.
- Check affected paths before crossing them: disruptions can warp the environment and change resources, so a familiar-looking route or resource location may not remain unchanged.
- Mark branches you have not explored, if you use an external note or map, so you can return without mistaking an unrevealed section for a dead end.
The first three points reflect the map and disruption features Monomi Park describes; marking branches is a practical navigation suggestion, not a required game mechanic.
What you can find in the Grey Labyrinth

How to unlock and craft a Grey Labyrinth Portal
If you want a placed portal rather than relying only on the area’s entrances, the community-maintained Grey Labyrinth Portal reference says its blueprint is found in a Shadow Plort Door and that the portal is crafted at the fabricator beneath the Conservatory. The page lists this recipe:

Monomi Park’s April 16, 2026 Radiant Slime Sanctuary update describes The Sanctuary as a ranch expansion revealed through a mystery within the Labyrinth. It introduces Radiant Slimes and the Resource Detector, which points toward nearby science resources. The update announcement does not give a room-by-room route to the Sanctuary.
