The Ghoul Garden was a Halloween-themed Grow a Garden event held in October 2025, featuring seasonal plants and pets, event gear, Halloween weather and mutations, and several reward activities. It is a past event, not a currently confirmed event in October 2026; no official rerun schedule is established.
What was the Ghoul Garden event?
Ghoul Garden brought Halloween content to Roblox’s Grow a Garden. Its activities included contributing ingredients to the Witch’s Brew, submitting eligible plants to a Jack-O-Lantern, completing timed Dead Tree tasks, and digging graves. Event content also included seeds, pets, gear, crates, cosmetics, and Halloween-themed weather and mutations.
The available date listings disagree about when the event ended. The Grow a Garden Cooking Recipes Events Hub archives it as October 11–18, 2025, while the unofficial Grow A Garden Pro event reference gives October 11–25, 2025. The community-maintained update log dates Part 2 to October 16, 2025. These sources establish the event as historical, but not a definitive end date or an official current schedule.
How did the event activities work?
Dead Tree tasks and grave digging
The Part 2 update log describes timed tasks at the Dead Tree that could yield a Weeping Branch seed or other random rewards. Grave digging could also produce seeds, gear, and other rewards. The log does not provide drop rates or enough detail to establish a guaranteed reward for either activity. Its update notes are on a community-maintained Fandom update log, which links to a Discord update message.

Jack-O-Lantern submissions
According to the unofficial event reference, players could submit Halloween-type plants or plants with Halloween mutations to the Jack-O-Lantern. It appeared every two hours next to the witch. A submission could give a random reward or nothing, so participation did not guarantee an item.
Witch’s Brew contributions
Players could contribute ingredients to the Witch’s Brew cauldron for contributor rewards. The reference also describes separate rewards for top contributors, but its extracted reward tables do not establish the thresholds or full item lists. Exact contribution targets and reward tiers therefore cannot be stated reliably.

What rewards and items were included?
The Part 2 update log names several additions: the Weeping Branch, Blood Orange, Mummy’s Hand, Wisp Flower, Zombie Fruit, and Candy Cornflower, as well as a Goat pet. It also lists a Spooky Crate, Halloween Gear Box, Halloween Radar, Suspicious Soup, Witch’s Broom, additional cosmetics, and Halloween weather and mutation content.
The update log says the Spooky Crate had seven possible cosmetics and the Halloween Gear Box had six possible gear items. Those are counts of possible contents reported in the update notes, not drop odds. The unofficial reference includes other seeds, plants, pets, crates, and gear associated with the event, but does not show that every item was available simultaneously or in the same event part.
