To start My Missing Brother, complete My Missing Courier, then check Bellhart’s Wishwall after speaking to the Caretaker or accepting Great Taste of Pharloom. The exact extra progression trigger is described differently by guides, so reaching the Citadel alone may not be enough. Once Tipp’s wish appears, follow Pill’s cargo trail from lower Greymoor into Sinner’s Road, defeat the enemies attacking him, and speak with him to finish the rescue.
How to start My Missing Brother
- Complete My Missing Courier so Tipp is available in Bellhart.
- Check Bellhart’s Wishwall for My Missing Brother.
- If it is not listed, speak to the Caretaker or accept Great Taste of Pharloom, then check the Wishwall again.
The current Hollow Knight Wiki lists the Caretaker conversation or accepting Great Taste of Pharloom as the additional trigger; other guides summarize the gate as reaching Act 2 or unlocking the Citadel. Because those descriptions do not fully agree, treat the Wishwall as the practical check rather than assuming Citadel progression guarantees the wish. Hollow Knight Wiki; Silksong Wiki; Gamer Guides.
Where to find Pill
Tipp’s wish says Pill was last seen in lower Greymoor. Interact with the scattered cargo clues to follow his trail toward central Sinner’s Road. The clue trail is the intended tracking sequence; you can follow it rather than searching the destination blind. Hollow Knight Wiki.
Route through Sinner’s Road
- Reach Sinner’s Road from Greymoor. If you have already unlocked the elevator between the areas, use it. On a first approach by this route, activate the elevator from Greymoor as described in the route guide.
- From the Sinner’s Road entrance, head right.
- Use Cling Grip to climb the wall.
- Cross the spike room with pogo jumps and continue to the higher platform.

Rescue Pill and claim the reward
On the higher platform, a Roachfeeder and a Roachcatcher are attacking Pill. Defeat both, then speak with him to complete the wish. Tipp and Pill reunite in Bellhart afterward, and the brothers begin offering Delivery Wishes. Hollow Knight Wiki; Silksong Wiki.
