Act 1: farm near Shakra in Mosshome
Route
From the area around Shakra in The Marrow, enter the corridor connecting The Marrow and Bone Bottom. Defeat the Pilgrims, collect their Rosaries, then use the nearby bench and gate arrangement to reset and repeat. This is the most accessible route described for early progression.
What to expect
Shacknews reported about 60 Rosaries per loop in 2025. GamesRadar+ reported a five-enemy loop yielding 33 Rosaries in 35 seconds or less that same year. The difference reflects distinct guide accounts; neither figure guarantees what every player will earn or how long a loop will take.

Act 1: try the Halfway Home loop in Greymoor
Route
Rest at the Halfway Home bench, fight the nearby group to the right, collect the drops, then return to the bench to reset. This option becomes available once you reach Greymoor.
Risk and reported yield
Nintendo Life described a sweep worth 50 Rosaries in about 30 seconds in 2025 and called the route riskier than Mosshome. GamesRadar+ separately described a Bellbearer, Guide, and Pouncer yielding 29 Rosaries in less than 25 seconds in 2025. If those enemies put your carried currency at risk, the earlier Mosshome route may be the more comfortable choice.

Act 2: choose between two Grand Bellway-area routes
Songclave to the High Halls entrance
The corridor toward the High Halls entrance contains Grand Reed enemies that can drop many Rosaries, according to Nintendo Life. The guide gives no route-level count or time estimate. Learn their attack patterns before committing to repeated fights, and use Songclave as a nearby exit if your health is low.
Outside the Grand Bellway
Nintendo Life reports that two enemies outside the Grand Bellway yield around 29 Rosaries in a few seconds. Run left from the nearby bench, defeat both enemies, gather the drops, return to rest, and repeat. The figure is an approximate guide report rather than a fixed payout.

Act 3: farm by the west bench in Choral Chambers
From High Halls, take the Ventrica lift down into Choral Chambers and head left toward the far-side bench. Cross the spiked corridor to reach four void-consumed enemies near the bench. Nintendo Life estimates 70–80 Rosaries when the enemies are grouped and you use Tools and Silk Skills effectively. The route takes more setup and combat execution than a simple early-game loop.
Nintendo Life also notes that the earlier Grand Reed corridor is less worthwhile in Act 3 because the enemies there change. If you have reached Act 3, compare the Choral Chambers group with whatever you can defeat safely rather than relying on the earlier corridor’s Act 2 description.

How to keep Rosaries from disappearing on death
Nintendo Life says death leaves a Silk Cocoon holding recoverable Rosaries. Recover it before dying again: a second death before retrieving the first cocoon can permanently lose those Rosaries.
A Rosary String can protect some currency, but it costs more than it stores in the cited example. Nintendo Life and GamesRadar+ describe paying 80 Rosaries for a string that holds 60—a 20-Rosary convenience cost, not a way to increase your balance. Stored Rosaries must be released before you can spend them.
