If you cannot access it and received an alert about a login from a new device you do not recognize, choose “This is not my device” in that email. Supercell says this signs Supercell ID out on all devices, temporarily preventing others from accessing your accounts. It does not document a general control for remotely removing just one chosen device.
Choose the right sign-out method

Log out on a device you can access
- Open the Supercell game on the device.
- Open Settings.
- Open the Supercell ID menu.
- Tap the settings cogwheel.
- Tap Log out.
This is a local, in-game sign-out. It is not the documented way to remove access from a different device.
Respond to an unfamiliar login when you cannot reach the device
- Find the Supercell email about a login from a new device. If you do not recognize the login, choose “This is not my device.”
- Follow the email’s linked flow to log Supercell ID out on all devices.
- Change the password for the email account connected to Supercell ID.
- If you still cannot control the account, open the game and go to Settings → Help and Support to contact Supercell Support.
Supercell says the all-device sign-out “should temporarily prevent anyone else from accessing your accounts.” It is a response to an unrecognized-login alert, not a documented dashboard for selecting and revoking one device. See Supercell’s compromised-account guidance.
Recover control and protect the linked email
Secure the email account connected to Supercell ID by changing its password. If you need help recovering the game account, contact Support from the game’s Settings → Help and Support flow. Supercell says Support may change the connected Supercell ID email after verifying ownership. The compromised-account guidance lists details that can help with verification, such as your player ID or tag, account name and level, and purchase transaction IDs. Provide them only through the official support conversation, not in a public post.

Supercell’s Account Protection feature offers recovery options such as SMS verification and recovery codes if you lose access to your Supercell ID email. It is not a device-removal switch: Supercell states, “Disabling Account Protection is not possible through Settings or support.”

Do not give Supercell ID login or recovery codes to someone who contacts you unexpectedly. Supercell says it will not unexpectedly ask players for codes. Share a code only with Support in a conversation or ticket that you started through in-game Help and Support. Read Supercell’s account-safety guidance.
