Yes: the former HITMAN 3 Free Starter Pack is now called the HITMAN World of Assassination Free Demo. Check the Epic Store listing for the current availability in your region.

This is a free demo, not evidence of a limited-time Epic giveaway with a claim deadline. IOI says the demo is available on PC (Epic), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. Because store availability can vary, confirm that the Epic listing currently offers the download in your region.
What do you get in the free Hitman demo?
ICA Facility: the permanent core
The stable part of the free offer is access to the ICA Facility. Epic lists Guided Training, Freeform Training, and The Final Test. IOI describes this as a way to experience the beginning of the World of Assassination trilogy, meet your handler, and earn XP and unlocks that carry over if you later buy the full game.

Additional content: periodic, not guaranteed permanent access
Epic also lists “The Sebastian Principle,” an escalation contract in Dubai, periodic free access to rotating seasonal content, and limited access to celebrity targets. IOI says other locations may periodically become free. These additions are distinct from the permanent ICA Facility access and can change over time.
Does the free demo include the full game?
No. The demo’s included content is limited; downloading it does not unlock all three campaigns. Epic’s FAQ says that owners of HITMAN World of Assassination do not need to buy additional content to access the HITMAN, HITMAN 2, and HITMAN 3 campaigns. That statement applies to owners of World of Assassination, not to the free demo.

- Pre-order to get different in-game items in the Hitman 3 - Trinity Pack, including suits, briefcases and weapons that are themed to represent a game from the world of assassination trilogy
- Campaign Mode - Campaign Mode will take you on a globetrotting adventure to sprawling sandbox locations and will deliver a dramatic conclusion to the world of assassination trilogy.
- Elusive Targets - Elusive targets are the ultimate hitman challenge and are designed to offer an exciting, pulse-pounding experience. You need to track down A unique target, with little-to-no help from the HUD or instinct and hatch a plan to eliminate them on the fly
- Escalations - Expect your gameplay skills to be pushed to the max as elements are thrown at you in each stage of the contract. Disguise restrictions, added security cameras and other kinds of other complications will be thrown your way
- Contracts Mode - Choose your own targets, choose how to eliminate them and then make it all happen. Once you've completed the contract yourself, challenge friends to compete the score on the leaderboards
Epic notes that additional contracts, suits, weapons, and items are available for purchase. They are optional extras, not a requirement to use the free demo.
How to get it on Epic Games Store
- Open the HITMAN product page on Epic Games Store and check that the free demo is currently available in your region.
- Sign in to your Epic account, then use the store page’s download or library option if offered.
- Install and launch the game. Start with the ICA Facility’s Guided Training, Freeform Training, or The Final Test.
If the page does not show a free download, availability may differ for your storefront; the official listing is the best place to verify current access.

Why do some pages still call it the HITMAN 3 Starter Pack?
The name reflects the offer’s history. Epic announced in an article published August 20, 2020, that HITMAN 3 would launch exclusively for PC on the Epic Games Store in January 2021. The free demo itself came later, on March 30, 2021, and IOI says it was initially called HITMAN 3 Free Starter Pack. The old name persists in Epic’s FAQ, while IOI now uses Free Demo.
