Roblox generally does not refund purchased Robux or Robux spent on virtual items. If a charge was unauthorized, report it promptly through the support channel for the company that processed the payment. The main exception is a first purchase of local-currency Paid Access to an experience: Roblox says you can request a refund from that experience’s page within 48 hours.
Choose the route that matches the purchase

How to report an unauthorized Roblox charge
- Identify who billed you. Check the receipt, bank or card statement, or marketplace purchase history. The company shown as the payment processor determines where to request a refund.
- Contact the correct support service promptly. Roblox’s support guidance directs purchases processed by Apple/iTunes, Microsoft, PlayStation, Meta Quest, Samsung, and Amazon to those providers’ refund-support services. - For charges billed directly through Roblox, submit a support request. Use Roblox Contact Us. Include your Roblox username, the platform or device used, payment type, transaction date and amount, and any relevant error message. Keep the receipt available.
- Wait for the provider’s or Roblox’s review. A refund is not guaranteed; eligibility depends on the transaction, processor, and applicable law.
For an unauthorized charge, Roblox’s Terms say to contact Roblox Support immediately. They also warn that disputing a charge with a payment processor first may limit Roblox’s ability to assist. This does not replace any separate process your bank or payment provider requires; if Roblox or the processor cannot resolve the issue, follow that provider’s instructions.
Can you get Robux back for an item?
Usually not just because you changed your mind, deleted the item, or did not like it. Roblox says it generally cannot refund purchased virtual items, and an item being moderated or removed does not guarantee a refund. Its Terms describe virtual-content transactions as final and generally non-refundable, while allowing for exceptions under Roblox policy or applicable law. Roblox item refund guidance
What happens if Roblox processes a refund?
