How to marry someone in Fallout 2
Go to Modoc in Fallout 2. The Chosen One can marry either Miria or Davin in an encounter described as a shotgun wedding. The spouse may also become a companion.

Fallout 4: romance, not marriage
In Fallout 4, build a companion’s affinity and pursue the relationship through conversations and dialogue checks. Bethesda Support lists questing with an active companion, completing their available personal quest, talking with companions, using Paramour aid items, and equipping the Leadership Social skill as ways to increase affinity. These are affinity methods; they do not turn the relationship into a marriage.
Fallout: New Vegas
The available companion reference does not establish a player marriage mechanic in Fallout: New Vegas. That is a limit of what the reference documents, not proof that no related content exists.
