To super jump in Phantom Forces, sprint, jump, then start a dive within a few frames. On keyboard, players commonly describe the sequence as Shift + Space followed quickly by the dive input—but the available control references disagree about which key triggers a dive, so check your current in-game bindings.
How to do the super jump
- Start sprinting. On keyboard, the controls listing identifies Shift as sprint.
- Jump. Press Space while sprinting.
- Dive almost immediately. Player shorthand commonly gives X as the dive input; another player report mentions Z. The Phantom Forces Wiki’s Mechanics page describes the move as jumping and diving while sprinting, but its Controls page lists a different dive combination. - Adjust your landing if needed. If the dive leaves you prone, the Mechanics page describes briefly pressing the aim input in midair and releasing it as a way to land upright and resume sprinting sooner.
The Controls page dates its keyboard list to 12 October 2019, while the Mechanics page describes the move with a different dive key. The exact input may therefore depend on current bindings or game changes; the movement sequence—sprint, jump, then dive quickly—is the more dependable guidance.
What the move changes compared with a normal dive

The height advantage is qualitative, not a published measurement or controlled comparison. Treat the move as a way to gain a little extra elevation in suitable situations, not as a guaranteed way to clear every wall or reach every ledge.
Landing and wall-proximity risks
A prone landing reduces mobility until you stand. The Mechanics reference says to stand using Shift or X again, or to use the brief midair aim input and release to land upright. Since the references conflict about dive controls, confirm which action your bindings assign to those keys before relying on them.

Near some walls, vault handling can produce unusual results or send your character into the wall. Practice the timing in a safe area, and leave room from obstacles until you know how the move behaves in your situation.
Which controls and platforms are established?
The cited Controls page lists Shift for sprint, Space for jump, and X for stance switch; its dive entry says Shift + Z and requires sprinting. The separate Mechanics page describes diving while sprinting with X. A February 2021 player discussion also corroborates the X shorthand and mentions Z, but it is anecdotal. Because the control listing is explicitly dated and does not agree with the Mechanics page, none of these keys should be treated as a guaranteed current dive binding.

The official Roblox listing identifies Phantom Forces as a Roblox FPS experience but does not document this technique. The cited material does not establish current controller or mobile timing, so the keyboard sequence should not be assumed to apply unchanged on those platforms.
