The Regentkin’s Resolve is an Unmoored World quest that helps evacuate Vermund. Start it by speaking to Captain Brant at the Stardrop Inn in Vernworth after beginning Halls of the First Dawn. Then speak with Sven at Vernworth Castle, handle the Disa objective shown in your quest, confront Allard at the Vernworth oxcart area, and return to Sven.
How to start The Regentkin’s Resolve
- Enter the Unmoored World and begin Halls of the First Dawn. This is a post-game quest; it is not available as part of the ordinary pre-endgame Vernworth quest sequence.
- Go to the Stardrop Inn in Vernworth and speak with Captain Brant. This starts The Regentkin’s Resolve.
- Find Sven in Vernworth Castle and speak with him about evacuating Vermund. Follow the quest marker toward the Royal Quarter; Sven is in his chambers upstairs.
Complete the Disa objective
Go to Disa’s chambers in the castle and follow the interaction your current quest state presents. Walkthroughs describe two different approaches: PowerPyx says to carry Disa to Sven, while Dot Esports describes taking the Ornate Box from behind Disa’s desk and bringing it to Sven, after which Sven reconciles with Disa. The guides do not establish which prior quest conditions determine the interaction, so use the objective shown in your game rather than assuming both actions are required.

Confront Allard at the oxcart area
Head to the Vernworth oxcart area and confront Allard to secure the carts for the evacuation. The guides phrase the trigger differently: PowerPyx says to tackle him, while Game8 says to draw a weapon. Follow the prompt or reaction in your game; both walkthroughs report that Allard flees and the oxcarts are left available.
Return to Sven and collect the rewards
Go back to Sven after completing the castle and oxcart objectives to finish the quest and advance Vermund’s evacuation. PowerPyx, Game8, and Dot Esports list the rewards as 20,000 XP, 25,000 G, and 35 Wyrmslife Crystals.
