In the third mission, Sonderzüge Sabotage, the “Search for Clues on the Superweapon” objective has two clues, both inside the hotel. Photograph the plans in the lower area reached through the elevator shaft, then reach the locked fourth-floor room from a third-floor window and inspect the desk. You can open that room with a Satchel Charge or the Penthouse Key.
Find the first clue below the hotel
- Enter the hotel through its main entrance and move toward reception.
- Turn right and drop down the elevator shaft.
- Continue forward, turn right down the stairs into the lower area, then turn right again at the bottom.
- Go through the open doorway and photograph the plans at the objective marker.
Photographing the plans completes the first clue.
Reach the locked room on the fourth floor
- Return to reception and take the stairs up to the third floor.
- Find the elevator containing supplies. Go to the open window opposite it.
- Climb out of the window, hang from the exterior, and shimmy across to the drainpipe.
- Climb the drainpipe to the balcony, enter the hotel’s fourth floor, and follow it to the locked door.
- Open the door with either a Satchel Charge or the Penthouse Key.
- Look on the large desk in the middle of the room for the second clue.
The guide identifies the desk as the clue’s location but does not specify its exact interaction prompt.
Choose how to open the fourth-floor door
| Option | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Satchel Charge | You have one available and want to use an explosive charge to get through the locked door. |
| Penthouse Key | You have the key and prefer to use it instead of a charge. |
The published guide confirms both methods but does not provide routes for obtaining either item, so this walkthrough does not assume where to find them.
