You can get the Burletta Blueprint by completing the Industrial Espionage quest or, according to the current ARC Raiders Wiki item page, buying it from Shani for 150. The wiki says Shani’s stock does not restock, so check her inventory before relying on the purchase route. Once you learn the blueprint, you can craft Burletta I at Gunsmith 1.
Get the blueprint from Industrial Espionage or Shani
The ARC Raiders Wiki lists two ways to obtain the Burletta Blueprint: complete Industrial Espionage for the quest reward, or purchase the blueprint from Shani for 150. The item page says the vendor stock does not restock. It attributes the vendor addition to version 1.46.0, but does not cite official patch notes, so treat the price and availability as details that may change.
- Quest: Complete Industrial Espionage to claim the listed reward.
- Vendor: Check Shani’s inventory for the blueprint at the listed price of 150. The wiki does not establish quest prerequisites, completion time, or whether you can access the vendor route before finishing the quest.
These are the clearest documented acquisition routes. The available source does not confirm that either route is currently available in every game build or region; check the live quest reward and Shani’s stock if they do not match.
Can the blueprint drop as loot?
Another guide claims the blueprint can appear in Raider containers and backpacks, Medical bags, Ammo boxes, Weapon boxes, Grenade cases, and Ticking Caches during an Uncovered Ticking Caches event. That conflicts with the ARC Raiders Wiki item page, which lists only Industrial Espionage and Shani. Because the claims are not corroborated by an official source, treat random-loot and event-cache drops as unconfirmed rather than farming them as a reliable method. No verified drop rate is established.

What the blueprint unlocks
Learning the blueprint unlocks Burletta crafting. The ARC Raiders Wiki lists this recipe for Burletta I:
