The Snowstreamer mount was available through a limited-time North American Twitch Support-A-Streamer campaign in December 2024. That campaign has ended, so its original unlock method is no longer available. Square Enix has not established another route in the cited item listing or campaign announcements.
How the Snowstreamer mount was originally unlocked
During the campaign, players earned a reward code by purchasing or gifting three qualifying Twitch subscriptions while watching an eligible FINAL FANTASY XIV Online stream. The code included a Snowstreamer Bell and 50 Aetheryte Tickets; using the bell in game granted the mount. Square Enix describes the offer in its campaign announcement.

Campaign window and eligible subscriptions
The North American campaign ran from December 16, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. PST through December 31, 2024 at 6:59 a.m. PST. During that window, participants had to watch a Twitch Partner or Affiliate streaming FINAL FANTASY XIV Online in the FFXIV Online category, then purchase or gift three subscriptions cumulatively. Any mix of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 subscriptions counted, and purchases could be spread across participating channels. Prime subscriptions and anonymous gifted subscriptions did not qualify.
Redeem the code and use the bell
- Claim the item code delivered through Twitch notifications during the campaign.
- Sign in to Mog Station and go to Registration Codes → Enter Item Code.
- Select the intended FFXIV service account and character, then submit the code.
- Log in to the game and use the Snowstreamer Bell to acquire the mount.
Redemption required a full-version FFXIV service account; Free Trial accounts could not redeem the code. Each code could be used once.
#1 Best Overall
- Adventure awaits you beyond the horizon in FINAL FANTASY XIV.
- This product is a digital 60-Day Game Time Card for FINAL FANTASY XIV Online. It serves as a payment option that allows players to add 60 days of game time to their FFXIV account at the Standard subscription rate, subject to account limits. Both the game and game time are required to play.
- This product can be redeemed on service accounts registered with the Windows, Mac, PlayStation, or Steam versions of FINAL FANTASY XIV Online. However, it cannot be redeemed on service accounts that have only the XBOX or Nintendo Switch 2 versions registered.
Can you still get Snowstreamer?
Not through the original Twitch campaign: its published end time was December 31, 2024 at 6:59 a.m. PST. The official Eorzea Database listing for Snowstreamer Bell identifies it as Unique and Untradable and says it is not available for purchase. The reviewed North American campaign and item pages do not document another unlock method. That does not rule out a future campaign or a different regional offer; check the relevant regional Lodestone for any new official announcement.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Can you buy the bell or get it from the Market Board?
No. The official item listing says the bell is untradable and not available for purchase, so it is not a Market Board item or a Mog Station purchase. The campaign terms also prohibited transferring or selling the reward code. Avoid third-party code sellers; the original offer was tied to a closed promotion, and a seller cannot provide a legitimate alternate unlock route under those terms.
