The quests awarded the Grim Emblem Back Bling and Odyssey’s Origin Loading Screen, but the sources available do not confirm whether Epic has reissued either reward. The archived Odyssey quest record documents the original route.
How the original Odyssey rewards worked
Grim Emblem and Odyssey’s Origin were both associated with Fortnite’s Odyssey Quests and the Odyssey set. The archived cosmetic record classifies Grim Emblem as a Rare Back Bling and Odyssey’s Origin as an Uncommon Loading Screen. The archived cosmetic record also describes Grim Emblem as “The Mosaic’s mysterious centerpiece,” while Odyssey’s Origin is described as “What was once myth will become legend.”
The quest event ran from February 27 through March 8, 2024, in Chapter 5 Season 1. Its route involved collecting Mosaic Tiles through quests and regular gameplay, then completing Odyssey and Mosaic Snapshot objectives. The archived listing says the quests awarded Grim Emblem, XP, and the Loading Screen.
How players completed the Mosaic quests
Mosaic Tiles could be earned through activity such as damaging opponents, opening containers, and hitting weak points. The Mosaic Snapshot chain also directed players to speak with Odyssey, investigate Mosaic Emblems, and dig up Mosaic Caches at several named locations:

- FORTNITE: 6-inch action figure is inspired by the video game Fortnite
- ARTICULATED: Feature 28 points of articulation to win any Battle Royale
- ACCESSORIES: Comes equipped with Back Bling and Harvesting Tools
- BONUS CODE: Code for virtual item included: Mecha-jolly
- Windmills
- Cemetery
- Rescue Station
- Coastal Columns
- Ruined Reels
- The Hand
The archived quest record lists Mosaic Tile milestones at 25, 50, 100, 200, and 300. It ties completing the Mosaic to Odyssey’s Origin Loading Screen. It does not establish a sufficiently clear, separate Grim Emblem tile threshold, so the 300-tile completion milestone should not be treated as a confirmed Grim Emblem requirement.

The original limited-time quest window ended on March 8, 2024. The available records do not verify that Epic has brought back these specific rewards or that either is currently available in the Item Shop. Epic’s 2024 Battle Pass exclusivity announcement says some future Battle Pass items may appear in the Shop at least 18 months after a Battle Pass expires, and lists Back Blings and Loading Screens as eligible item types. That policy does not establish that these Odyssey quest rewards qualify or are for sale.
