Earn a Warlord’s Armor Box through either WvW skirmish rewards or PvP League rewards. In WvW, claim the final Bronze-tier skirmish reward chest; in PvP, claim the final chest of any PvP League reward track tier. Each box lets you choose one level-80 Exotic armor piece with selectable stats.

The Guild Wars 2 Wiki documents both reward sources: Warlord’s Armor Box. Pick the mode you already play; the available information does not establish which route is faster or easier for every player.
What a Warlord’s Armor Box gives you
The box description reads, “Contains a choice of Warlord’s armor.” Each box provides one armor piece, rather than a complete set. The armor is level-80 Exotic, account bound, and stat selectable. See the Warlord’s armor page for the set details.
Choose the right armor weight and slot
Warlord’s armor comes in light, medium, and heavy versions. Each weight set has six pieces: helm, shoulders, coat, gloves, leggings, and boots. Select the weight your character can equip and the slot you need, then choose the piece’s stats. The game’s Warlord’s Epaulets entry gives an example of the set’s level-80 Exotic, account-bound, selectable-stat item details.
