The Golden Scythe was documented as a rare drop in BedWars’ Lucky Block mode, with Lucky Block airdrops reportedly offering better odds. But current sources do not confirm that it is still in the drop pool. Check the mode’s in-game drops before trying to obtain it; the other recorded route, a Season 5 Freepass unlock, is historical.
How the Golden Scythe was obtained
The Golden Scythe is a BedWars melee weapon. The community-maintained BedWars Wiki item page records two historical ways to get it:
| Route | What the record says | What it means now |
|---|---|---|
| Lucky Block mode | A rare Lucky Block drop; Lucky Block airdrops reportedly had a better chance. | Historical information only. Current availability and odds are not confirmed. |
| Season 5 Freepass | Unlock the Golden Scythe as a lobby gadget at level 15. | A past season’s unlock, not a verified active route. |
What to try now
-
Open the official Roblox BedWars listing or the game itself and check whether Lucky Block is available.
-
In Lucky Block, inspect the current drop information in-game before spending time chasing the item. The official game listing names Lucky Block as a mode, but does not list its drops.

-
If the Golden Scythe appears in the current drop list, play the mode and watch for Lucky Block airdrops. Airdrops were recorded as having better odds historically, but that advantage has not been verified for the current pool.
Is it still obtainable?
That is not established by the available current information. The BedWars Wiki Weapons category lists the Golden Scythe among removed weapons, while Roblox’s official listing still includes Lucky Block mode. Those facts do not establish whether the weapon has returned to the mode’s drops. Treat in-game drop information as the deciding check rather than assuming the old method works.

Roblox has a separate, same-name Golden Scythe UGC back accessory. It is an avatar catalog item, not the BedWars weapon; buying it does not unlock the in-game scythe. See the separate Rolimon’s catalog listing.
