Visit the Adventurer’s Guild and read the Monster Eradication Goals list on the wall to the right of Marlon’s desk. It tracks your slime kills toward a goal of 1,000.

Where to find your slime-kill count

Go inside the Adventurer’s Guild and look at the Monster Eradication Goals list to the right of Marlon’s desk. Find the Slimes entry to see progress toward the goal; it is the in-game place to check how many qualifying slimes you have killed. Stardew Valley Wiki: Adventurer’s Guild

Which slimes count toward the goal?

The requirement is 1,000 slimes of any color. Slimes you kill in areas such as the Secret Woods count. Big Slimes themselves do not count, but the smaller slimes they spawn do. Stardew Valley Wiki: Slimes

Slimes raised in a Slime Hutch do not count toward the goal, whether they came from an incubator or were produced by other hutch slimes. Stardew Valley Wiki: Slime Hutch
