Four successful trials are described as enough to get the Race V4 awakening upgrades in Blox Fruits. If by “fully awaken” you also mean unlocking access to the Ancient Clock for switching gear, the count is five trials.
Why guides give both four and five
The difference is what each guide counts as the finish line. The Blox Fruits Wiki describes four successful trial completions as sufficient for the awakening upgrades; it says a fifth trial unlocks the Ancient Clock, which lets players switch gears. Those are separate progression milestones, not necessarily conflicting answers.
| What you want to complete | Trials described | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Race V4 awakening upgrades | Four successful trials | Awakening upgrades |
| Ancient Clock access for gear switching | Five trials | Access to the Ancient Clock and gear switching |
Which number should you use?
- Use four if you mean completing the trials needed for the awakening upgrades.
- Use five if you also want the Ancient Clock access milestone for gear switching.
Here, “trials” refers specifically to Blox Fruits’ Race V4 or Race Awakening progression—not fruit awakening or another game’s V4 system.
How reliable is this count?
The four-versus-five distinction comes from community-maintained Blox Fruits Wiki pages, not a verified official developer statement. Treat it as reference guidance rather than an official guarantee; mechanics can change, so check the current in-game system or an updated reference if the steps do not match your game.
