The Pirate Lord Set in Sea of Thieves has three pieces, and each has a different unlock route: complete The Shroudbreaker for the hat, finish the Maiden Voyage and reach the Sea of Thieves for the jacket, and unlock and buy the pegleg through Athena’s Fortune.
How to unlock each Pirate Lord Set piece
| Piece | How to get it |
|---|---|
| Pirate Lord Hat | Complete The Shroudbreaker Tall Tale. Its listed requirement is the Shroudbreaker commendation. |
| Pirate Lord Jacket | Complete the Maiden Voyage and reach the Sea of Thieves. This progression is listed under the Unto the Horizon commendation. |
| Pirate Lord Pegleg | Become a Pirate Legend, complete a Legend of the Veil Voyage at least once, then buy it from Athena’s Fortune Shop for 48,850 gold. |
