The Delta Force console technical test is over: the announced Xbox Series X|S test ran July 16–20, 2025. You can’t join that test now. Delta Force is available separately as a live PS5 game; check your regional PlayStation Store or Xbox Store for current availability.
Can you still join the Delta Force console technical test?
No. Xbox Wire announced a test window of July 16–20, 2025, so its registration and test access have expired. The announcement described limited spaces on a first-come, first-served basis and restricted participation to Xbox Series X|S players in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Xbox Wire’s July 16, 2025 announcement has the original details.
How did the Xbox Series X|S test work?
During the announced test window, eligible players were directed to register through Xbox Insider Hub and then install the test build from the Store. These are historical instructions, not a way to join today.
- On an Xbox Series X|S, open or install Xbox Insider Hub.
- Go to Previews > Delta Force BETA, choose Join, and wait for registration to finish.
- Open the Store and install Delta Force Beta for CBT Xbox.
The announcement limited the test to the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and said spaces were limited. It did not provide a participant count.
