The Battlefield 6 Open Beta ended in August 2025, so it is no longer possible to join. The game launched on October 10, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. This guide records when the beta ran, how access worked, and what maps, modes and rewards it offered.
When was the Battlefield 6 Open Beta?
EA scheduled early access for August 7–8, 2025, then opened the beta to everyone for two weekends. The client was available to preload starting August 4 at 15:00 UTC.

Early access eligibility
The August 7–8 early-access window was available to people who had registered for Battlefield Labs before July 31, 2025, using the same EA Account, or to viewers who unlocked access by watching select creators during EA’s July 31 reveal streams on Twitch. EA instructed participants to link their EA Account to their platform account.
Codes and PC requirements
EA Help’s code guidance says to sign in to the EA Account, redeem the code there, and link the platform account. It also notes that an early-access key could show a “Base game required” message even though it was intended for the beta client.
EA required Secure Boot on PC and linked instructions for enabling it in its official beta announcement. That announcement presented minimum and recommended PC specifications as an infographic; the CPU, GPU, memory and storage figures are not stated in the available text, so they should not be guessed.
