Where to find Elowê
Look for Elowê at the Temple of Ondra in Paradis while investigating An Untimely End. You must first get her to share information before you can choose what happens to her.
How to get Elowê to talk
A walkthrough reports several ways to secure her cooperation. The quest dialogue may vary with earlier choices, and the names of prior quests below are given as they appear in a French-language guide; localization may differ in an English-language game.
- Show her the compromising documents of the Claviger. The walkthrough lists this as a way to make her disclose information.
- Pay her 1,500 gold. This is one reported option, not the only route.
- Establish good faith through earlier Paradis quests. The guide cites A Lady Never Tells, Plan d’Évasion, and Lumière précieuse as relevant quest outcomes.
- Threaten to report her to the Inquisitor. This is another reported way to make her talk.
A separate walkthrough says that completing A Lady Never Tells can help with Paradis support, and that mentioning Guiliana to Elowê can prompt her to help without fuss. That is persuasion context; it does not establish the requirement for recruiting her as a spy.

Choose the spy outcome
After Elowê has disclosed her information, select the option to recruit her as a spy if it is available. The walkthrough associates that option with the Vanguard status/background. If you do not see it, the source does not establish whether a particular dialogue choice or quest flag besides Vanguard is responsible.
The same guide lists other possible outcomes: kill Elowê, force her to surrender if you have sufficient Power, encourage her to flee, or leave her alone. These alternatives are not necessary for the spy route.

What happens after you recruit her
The walkthrough reports that Elowê sends a letter after The Animancy Method, containing clues about the Steel Garrote hideout. It describes this intelligence payoff, but does not provide a complete decision tree or establish that making her a spy prevents every later threat.

The specific dialogue options, Vanguard requirement, and letter payoff come from independent walkthroughs rather than an official quest script. Xbox Wire has described the broader design of Avowed as involving choices and consequences for people and groups, but that general statement does not independently verify Elowê’s quest flags. The walkthroughs do not establish a player-choice percentage or other statistic for this outcome.
