To use the Revelry Hall Secret Key in Where Winds Meet, first complete the Jianghu Legacy story “Gambit Beneath the Shimmer.” Then return to Revelry Hall in Kaifeng and search the newly accessible fourth floor, just below the topmost level, for a locked door. Interact with it to enter the hidden “mysterious face” room.
Where to use the Revelry Hall Secret Key
The key is for a locked door inside Revelry Hall in Kaifeng. The door is on a newly accessible fourth floor—not the main floor or the very top level. Guides published January 10 and January 15, 2026, agree that the story prerequisite opens access to this floor and that the door leads to the “mysterious face” room. Unlock the door step by step
- Complete “Gambit Beneath the Shimmer.” This Jianghu Legacy story is the reported prerequisite for access to the relevant fourth floor. If the key is in your inventory but no door prompt appears, check your story progress first.
- Return to Revelry Hall in Kaifeng. Enter through the main entrance and climb the stairs inside.
- Search the newly accessible fourth floor. Look on the level below the topmost floor. Search its rooms for a locked-door interaction prompt rather than relying on a specific left or right turn: the two walkthroughs give conflicting directions from the staircase.
- Interact with the locked door. Use the Revelry Hall Secret Key when prompted, then enter the “mysterious face” room.
What you can find in the hidden room
Nerd’s Chalk lists Aged Parting Tears x1 and the Scion of the Storm achievement as rewards. All Things How confirms that the room contains secret loot but says its contents can vary with progression, so the specific reward list should not be treated as guaranteed for every player.
Nerd’s Chalk describes the key interaction as one-time use. That detail is reported by that guide alone; the available walkthroughs do not establish whether key behavior varies by game version or player state.
