Buy vehicles through AUTOFIXER, then call them from the Call Vehicle menu. Some specific vehicles are quest rewards, and official updates document AUTOFIXER as an alternative way to obtain a few of them. The exact listings and prices depend on your in-game progression, so check AUTOFIXER for what is currently available to V.
How to buy a vehicle through AUTOFIXER
- Open AUTOFIXER. Use V’s computer, or interact with a terminal at a gas station or repair shop. To find terminals, use the AUTOFIXER filter on the world map. CD PROJEKT RED’s Update 2.0 notes describe these purchase locations.
- Browse the listings. Vehicles are sorted by manufacturer, and more options unlock as Street Cred increases. Check the in-game listing for the vehicle’s current availability and price; the official notes do not provide a complete price or unlock table.
- Select the vehicle from Call Vehicle. Once acquired, choose it from the Call Vehicle menu to summon it. Update 2.02 notes document a fix for purchased cars that failed to appear in that menu. Patch 2.02 notes
Buying a car, earning one, and calling one are different
“Claiming” a vehicle may mean purchasing a listed vehicle, receiving one through a quest, or summoning one you already acquired. The documented ownership routes are AUTOFIXER purchases and specified quest rewards. The official sources cited here do not establish that commandeering ordinary traffic vehicles makes them permanently owned.

Do not look for fixer text messages to buy vehicles: Update 2.0 moved vehicle purchases to AUTOFIXER and says fixers no longer text players about vehicles for sale.

These are named examples, not a complete list of vehicles or quest exceptions. The notes establish those specific alternatives; check your game for current availability.
If a vehicle is missing from Call Vehicle
First check the Call Vehicle menu for the acquired vehicle. Patch 2.02 records a fix for one bug that kept purchased cars out of that menu, but the official notes do not provide a universal recovery procedure for every missing-vehicle situation. If it remains unavailable, consult support for your platform rather than assuming there is a general in-game repair mechanic.

Does a vehicle count toward the Autojock achievement?
CD PROJEKT RED support says vehicles added with Phantom Liberty do not count toward Autojock progress. This qualification concerns achievement eligibility; it does not mean those vehicles cannot be acquired. CD PROJEKT RED support: vehicles not counting toward Autojock
