First identify what “not showing up” means: a game missing from search, visible but unavailable to play, or a blank or broken Discover page. Search Roblox’s Experiences section by exact title or a distinctive keyword, then check filters. If the game appears but cannot be played, review content-maturity and parental controls; if the page itself fails, check Roblox Status before troubleshooting the browser.
Start by identifying the problem
| What you see | Check first |
|---|---|
| One experience is missing from search | Search terms, browse filters, and account or regional eligibility |
| The experience appears, but Play is unavailable | Content maturity and linked parental controls |
| Home or Discover is blank, distorted, or will not load | Roblox Status, then browser troubleshooting |
These symptoms have different causes. A search result’s position does not prove that an experience was deleted, and changing a child’s content settings will not repair a broken web page.
If one experience is missing from search
Search Experiences and broaden the list
On mobile, tap Experiences, tap the search icon, enter the experience’s title or a distinctive keyword, and submit. If you are browsing rather than using search, inspect the dropdowns at the top of the screen. Roblox says these can narrow the category or switch lists, including favorites and connection activity. Retry with a broad list and a distinctive title term. Roblox documents Popular, Top Earning, Top Rated, Featured, and Recommended as default browse lists. These directions are for mobile; desktop labels may differ. Roblox’s mobile search instructions describe the search and browsing controls.
Allow for ranked, personalized results
Roblox says experience search considers account information, activity, query relevance, experience content, quality, performance, and popularity. Recommendations also use account information, activity, and friends. As a result, results can differ across accounts and may not put an exact match first. An experience that is difficult to find has not necessarily been removed. Roblox explains its recommendations and ranking.

Consider account and regional eligibility
Age and regional content rules can affect whether an experience is searchable or available. If it is absent for one account but appears for another, check the affected account’s current settings and Roblox’s applicable rules rather than assuming the listing is gone. Roblox’s Terms of Use describe age and regional policy considerations.
If the experience appears but cannot be played
For a child account, ask the linked parent to review Parental Controls → Content restrictions → Content maturity. Roblox says experiences above the selected maturity level may remain visible in search or ads but cannot be played; an unavailable message may appear. Roblox also says blocked experiences can still appear in search. Visibility and playability are separate. Follow the current in-app controls, since labels and eligibility rules can change. See Roblox’s Content Maturity FAQ and Parental Controls Overview.

If Home or Discover is blank or broken
- Check Roblox Status. Look for an incident or maintenance affecting the website, platform, or apps. Roblox notes that service problems can cause lag and delay or prevent joining experiences. Check the Roblox Status page.
- If no incident is reported and the problem is in a browser, clear temporary internet files and cookies. Restart the browser and try the page again.
- Temporarily disable browser extensions. If the page works, re-enable extensions one at a time to identify a conflict. Roblox’s website display troubleshooting recommends these steps.
These browser steps address a loading or display problem; they do not change search ranking or an account’s content restrictions.
