Not every blueprint is eligible
Following the June 25, 2026 patch, blueprints whose tooltip says “No Longer Usable Blueprint” were moved from ETA-0’s Sell Blueprints feature to Anais’s Info Grid Extract. Nexon’s notice on the change says they can no longer be exchanged using ETA Vouchers. Check a blueprint’s tooltip and the live sale list rather than assuming it can be sold for Premium vouchers.

ETA-0 is in Albion and handles both voucher exchanges and eligible blueprint sales. Its shop has separate Infiltration Operation Reward Exchange and Supplies Exchange sections. Nexon’s Update 1.4.0 says the ETA-0 map icon displays the time remaining until the shop closes; use that in-game indicator to check whether the shop is open and how much time remains.
Exchange stock, limits, and shop hours can change. Update 1.4.0 documents changes to available stock and blueprint sales, so use the current ETA-0 listings as the authority for what is available now.
