For the first tile puzzle in Riddle School 5, click 6, 8, 3, 3, 7, 2, 5, 4, 7. This is the device in the large room after you escape through the vent; the repeated 3 is intentional.
Which tile puzzle is this?
The sequence here is for the first device, which you encounter in the large room after leaving the starting cell through the vent. A later endgame device is a separate Lights Out-style puzzle with a target of 4701, so that solution does not apply to this first grid.
How to enter the first puzzle solution
- Escape the starting cell through the vent.
- In the large room, click the tile device.
- Number the 3-by-3 grid from left to right, top to bottom, starting at 1 in the upper-left corner:
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 - Click 6 → 8 → 3 → 3 → 7 → 2 → 5 → 4 → 7.
- Once the device is solved, go through the green portal.
Why the clicks work
Each click flips the selected tile and its immediate neighbors above, below, left, and right. Diagonal tiles are not included. Enter the sequence in order; pressing 3 twice is part of the solution.
