To make Container in Little Alchemy 2, combine Philosophy with any one of six items: Safe, Pottery, House, Box, Bottle, or Bucket. Each pair is an alternative recipe; you only need one.
Container recipes in Little Alchemy 2
The official Container hints page lists these six combinations:
- Safe + Philosophy
- Pottery + Philosophy
- House + Philosophy
- Box + Philosophy
- Bottle + Philosophy
- Bucket + Philosophy
Every listed recipe uses Philosophy. Choose whichever other ingredient you already have; the official page does not rank the options by crafting difficulty or number of steps.
How to combine the ingredients
- Open your element workspace and make sure you have Philosophy and one of the listed ingredients.
- Drag one item onto the other to combine them. The game mixes two items at a time, as the official hints homepage explains.
- If the combination is one of the six listed above, it makes Container.
What to do with Container next
Container can be used in other recipes. For example, the official pages list Pizza + Container, Pencil + Container, and Cookie + Container as combinations for Box; Gun + Container and Gold + Container are combinations for Safe. These are recipes that use Container, not additional ways to create it. See the Box and Safe recipe pages for those combinations.
