Epic Games says there is no sent-gift list or recipient lookup, and no received-gift history or sender display-name lookup. If you’re trying to claim a gift that is still pending, you can find it under Received on your Epic Games account’s Gifts page.
Can you see gifts you sent in Fortnite?
No. Epic Games says, “It’s not currently possible to check the history of sent gifts and their recipients in Fortnite.” There is no in-game or account page that lists your past sent gifts or identifies their recipients. Epic Games Support

Can you see who sent you a Fortnite gift?
No. Epic says you can’t check a history of received gifts or look up the sender’s display name. If you already accepted a gift and want to identify who sent it, Fortnite does not provide a historical lookup for that information. Epic Games Support
How to find and accept a pending gift
A pending gift is different from gift history. If someone sent you an in-game gift through the Epic Games Store and you have not accepted it, you can check the Received section of your Epic account’s Gifts page:

- Under Received, find the pending gift and select Accept.
After you accept it, the items should be added to your account. This page is for outstanding gifts; it does not create a searchable record of gifts you or other players have already sent or accepted. Epic Games Support
Why Epic’s Transactions page won’t show gift history
Epic’s Transactions page is for purchase history, not a log of Fortnite gifts. For Epic Games Store purchases, sign in to your Epic account, open Account, select Transactions, then choose Purchase. Epic Games Support

Purchases made through PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, or another third-party storefront won’t appear in Epic’s transaction history. Check the purchase history for the platform or storefront where you bought the item. If an Epic Games Store purchase is missing, make sure you’re signed in to the Epic account used to make it. No. A Fortnite gift card can add funds to an Epic account for eligible purchases, including V-Bucks, but it does not reveal past gift activity. Epic says Fortnite gift cards are replacing V-Bucks cards; older V-Bucks cards may still be available in some regions and stores during the rollout. Fortnite gift cards add Epic account balance, while V-Bucks cards redeem only for V-Bucks. Availability varies by region, and the card’s region and currency must match the supported region and balance currency of the Epic account. - An Epic Games account is required to redeem an Epic Games Store Card code
- If playing on a console platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch or Mobile) you need to link your Epic Games account to that gaming platform (one time) to redeem your gift card code
- The 16 digit code on the back of the card WILL NOT work if redeemed directly through your gaming platform (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, Nintendo Switch, Mobile, etc.)
- Note: Nintendo devices do not support Fortnite Shared Wallet, so V-Bucks purchased using your account balance will not show up on your Nintendo device. However, if you purchase items in the web Item Shop — or another platform where you play Fortnite — those items will be available in your Locker across all platforms.
