No. In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, wolves cannot be tamed into lasting companions or mounts. Feeding one may distract it briefly, but it will not make the wolf follow Link or create a lasting bond, according to a guide focused on this question. For an animal you can tame and ride, look for a horse instead.
What happens if you feed a wolf?
Feeding a wolf is not a hidden taming method. It may hold the animal’s attention for a short time, but the guide does not describe any way to turn that interaction into a pet, mount, or companion. There is no wolf-taming path established by the guide, such as a special food, a prompt, or stable registration.
This wolf-specific finding comes from a secondary gameplay guide, not an official Nintendo mechanic guide. Nintendo’s official product and support pages reviewed for this question do not directly document whether wolves can be tamed. Position is Everything’s wolf-taming guide
What can you ride instead?
Horses are the supported animal-mount option. Nintendo’s gameplay tips include instructions for taming a wild horse; that is the alternative to pursue if you want a rideable animal. Nintendo UK’s Tears of the Kingdom tips

Do amiibo unlock a wolf companion?
No wolf-taming reward is identified in Nintendo’s amiibo instructions. Compatible amiibo can provide certain in-game materials, weapons, or themed paraglider fabric after the amiibo feature is unlocked, but Nintendo does not list wolf companions among those rewards. Nintendo Support: How to Use amiibo Figures
Buying the game or an amiibo does not change the answer: neither is established as a way to tame wolves. Nintendo’s official game page identifies the game and supported system, but does not document wolf behavior.
