No. The Crew 2 has the larger overall geographic playground: it represents a scaled-down version of the contiguous United States, while The Crew Motorfest is set across Hawaiian islands. Motorfest has grown beyond its original Oʻahu map, but the available figures do not support an exact size ratio between the games.
How the two maps differ
The Crew 2 is built around a broad mainland-US setting, suited to long-distance roaming between widely separated regions. The Crew Motorfest takes a more geographically focused approach, with an island world based on Hawaii. That difference in setting makes The Crew 2 the larger playground overall; it does not, by itself, quantify the playable area in either game.

Motorfest is no longer just Oʻahu
Oʻahu was the setting at launch, but Ubisoft has expanded Motorfest’s island world. Ubisoft’s 2024 Maui announcement describes the island as adding more than 100 km² of playable on- and off-road area, nearly half the size of Oʻahu.
Ubisoft’s Season 11 overview also lists Kauaʻi as free and Niʻihau as DLC. It gives Kauaʻi’s roads as 95 km of asphalt and 105 km off-road. Those are road-network lengths, not measurements of the island’s playable area.

These numbers are not directly comparable: The Crew 2’s figure is a secondary estimate of area, Maui’s is an Ubisoft description of added playable area, and Kauaʻi’s figures are lengths of roads. Ubisoft’s cited information does not give a total Motorfest area on the same basis, so adding the figures or dividing one by another would produce a misleading comparison.

If you want the sense of roaming across a country-sized setting, The Crew 2 is the clearer fit. Motorfest offers a more focused island setting that has expanded beyond Oʻahu with additional islands and varied on- and off-road routes. That is a difference in geographic scope and style, not a measured comparison of activity density or quality.
