The 80 Robux package is missing from the standard Roblox web purchase list currently shown, which starts at 270 Robux for $2.99. That does not prove Roblox has removed it from every app or every account: players report different options on mobile and in the Microsoft Store, but Roblox does not officially confirm that an 80 Robux package is available on any particular device. Check the purchase menu in your own account before assuming the 99¢ option is gone everywhere.
What happened to the 80 Robux option?
Roblox’s currently surfaced Buy Robux page does not list an 80 Robux package; the smallest displayed standard package is 270 Robux for $2.99. That menu is a live listing and may vary by account, platform, or region, so the displayed amount is not a universal price schedule.
Roblox’s Ways to Get Robux help page says players can buy Robux through mobile, browser, PlayStation, and Xbox One apps. It does not publish the package amounts for each channel or promise an 80 Robux tier on any of them. In 2026, players have reported seeing lower denominations in some mobile storefronts while not seeing them on web or desktop; those are individual observations, not a confirmed Roblox rule.
How to check whether your account has the 99¢ option
-
Open Roblox through the official app or website while signed in to the account you plan to use.

Open the Robux purchase menu and review the packages actually offered on that platform. Record both the Robux amount and the full price; do not infer availability from another player’s screenshot or a different storefront.
-
If you have access to another official channel, such as the mobile app or Microsoft Store version, check its menu separately. A different result is possible, but switching platforms is not guaranteed to reveal an 80 Robux option.

Community discussions from 2025 and 2026 describe mixed results across mobile, Microsoft Store, and web/desktop. They do not establish what every user should see today. Roblox’s official help information confirms purchase channels, not a current cross-platform package comparison.
Is buying on the website better?
Roblox says web, computer, and gift card purchases provide up to 25% more Robux. That is a general benefit, not a promise that every package, payment method, or denomination is available everywhere. Compare the Robux amount and total price shown at checkout for the options you can actually use. The 270 Robux for $2.99 listing is the smallest package displayed on the surfaced web menu as of October 8, 2026; it may change.

Can you use a Roblox gift card instead?
Roblox’s gift card support instructions say to redeem Roblox gift card credit in a browser, then choose a Robux package on the Buy Robux page. Roblox notes that the package initially selected may be based on the available credit, but you can choose a different package. The instructions also cover converting a small remaining credit balance. This is a way to use gift card credit, not a guarantee that an 80 Robux package will appear.
Make sure “80 Robux” means a purchase package
Not every reference to 80 Robux describes a bundle for players to buy. A July 2026 Roblox Developer Forum announcement refers to an 80 Robux fee for uploading certain 2D and 3D avatar items. That is a creator upload cost, not an 80 Robux purchase option.

Avoid “free Robux” generators
If you are searching for a workaround, do not enter your account details on a site promising to generate Robux. Roblox’s official help page states, “There is no such thing as a Robux Generator,” and says these offers are scams that should be reported.
