In Nioh 3, a February 12, 2026 guide says you can manually move weapons, armor, and accessories to the Storehouse. It says consumables cannot be moved manually; excess consumables are sent there automatically when your carried inventory exceeds its capacity. Team NINJA’s update notes also document a way to send multiple items to the Storehouse from the Items menu opened at a shrine. The official manual does not list every item type eligible for storage, so check the current menu prompts before assuming other categories can be transferred.
How to open the Storehouse
Start at a shrine: the official Nioh 3 manual defines the Shrine Menu as the menu shown when you pray at a shrine or Bodhisattva Statue. From there, open the Main Menu and go to Items or Gear, then look for the Storehouse option. The February 12, 2026 guide describes this menu flow; controls vary by platform, so use the prompts shown in your game rather than relying on a specific button or key.

The manual says the Main Menu’s Items section displays owned items and equipment, and that Shrine Menu Preparations includes placing and organizing items. These menu descriptions explain where to manage your inventory; they do not establish that every item shown there can be sent to storage.
What you can move manually
According to Nerd’s Chalk’s guide, updated February 12, 2026, weapons, armor, and accessories are the categories you can manually transfer to the Storehouse. This can help clear carried inventory while retaining gear you are not currently using.

The official manual describes weapons, armor, and accessories as equipment categories, but does not independently confirm their Storehouse transfer eligibility. Treat the category list as secondary-source guidance and verify it against the options visible in your current game build.
What happens to consumables
The same guide says you cannot manually send consumables to the Storehouse. Instead, when your carried capacity is exceeded, excess consumables are automatically stored. That differs from moving gear: you choose which eligible equipment to transfer, while the reported consumable overflow is automatic.

Sending multiple items at once
Team NINJA’s official Nioh 3 update notes state: “Added a feature enabling players to send multiple items to the storehouse at one time in the Items menu opened when praying at shrines.” The captured update text does not identify the version or date of this change. It confirms a multi-item option in that shrine Items menu, but does not state a maximum batch size or mean every inventory category can be transferred.

The reviewed official manual and update notes do not enumerate all Storehouse-eligible categories. In particular, they do not confirm whether Guardian Spirits, Soul Cores, currencies, recipes, or every kind of usable item can be transferred. Do not infer eligibility just because a category appears elsewhere in the manual; check the in-game Storehouse options.

Those official sources also do not publish a numeric Storehouse capacity or a transfer limit. The secondary guide says storage is not infinite but gives no verifiable capacity figure. No specific capacity or maximum multi-item batch size can be established from these sources.
