Which pack has Arceus ex in Pokémon TCG Pocket?
Arceus ex made its Pocket debut in Triumphant Light, announced by The Pokémon Company in February 2025. The expansion also includes Pokémon with Link Abilities that interact with Arceus or Arceus ex. Read the official Triumphant Light announcement.
Pocket booster packs are tied to their own expansion’s card pool: the pack art indicates which expansion’s cards you can find. So, if Triumphant Light is available in your app, select its booster when you want to pursue Arceus cards. Other expansion packs do not become a route to its cards just because their artwork differs.
How to check whether Triumphant Light is available now
- Open the pack-opening area in Pokémon TCG Pocket and review the expansions currently listed.
- If Triumphant Light appears, open its details and check the in-app pack-point screen for the current exchange rules and cost before using points.
- If it is not listed, the official information cited here does not establish another current way to obtain Arceus ex. Do not assume the expansion remains available based only on its historical release.

Opening a Triumphant Light booster gives access to that expansion’s pool, but it does not guarantee a particular Arceus card or rarity. The cited official pages do not establish current odds for a specific card.
How ranked matches work
Ranked matches pair you with players of a similar rank. The Pokémon Company’s January 2026 announcement also says players receive an emblem based on their rank at the end of a season. Those details describe the format, but the dates and rules can vary by season.

What is known about the B4b SP season
A September 24, 2026 official preview says Ranked Match Season B4b SP is planned for mid-to-late October 2026. It previews more rank points than usual, a win-streak bonus for up to ten consecutive wins, and no rank-point loss or demotion after a defeat, regardless of rank. The preview does not give exact start or end dates. Check the Ranked Match screen in the app for the active season’s schedule and rules. Do not use an old season’s dates as the current schedule
For context, Season B1a ran from January 8 at 10:00 p.m. through January 25 at 9:59 p.m. PST in 2026. That historical schedule does not establish the dates for B4b SP or any later season.

Does the physical Arceus collection provide the Pocket card?
No. The physical Mythical Pokémon Collection—Arceus was a separate product listed in 2016, with a foil Arceus promo card, an Arceus pin, two Pokémon TCG: Generations booster packs, and a code card for the then-named Pokémon Trading Card Game Online. It does not grant the digital Arceus card in Pocket. See the official physical-product listing.
