Pearldrake Talisman +3 reduces non-physical damage taken by a reported 11% in PvE. Find it in Shadow Keep’s Specimen Storehouse: move the statues with the lever on the seventh floor, then return to the third floor to collect it from a statue’s beard.
What Pearldrake Talisman +3 does
The Eldenpedia item page reports that Pearldrake Talisman +3 boosts non-physical damage negation by 11%. The in-game description, as reproduced on that page, says it “Boosts non-physical damage negation by the utmost.” Non-physical damage includes elemental damage types such as magic, fire, lightning, and holy.
You cannot equip Pearldrake Talisman +3 at the same time as another Pearldrake Talisman variant. The variants do not stack with one another, though the Eldenpedia Fire page says they can stack with other elemental drake talismans. These figures and stacking details are community-wiki-reported rather than independently tested values: Eldenpedia’s Pearldrake Talisman +3 page and its Fire page.

Eldenpedia’s Fire page reports the following damage-negation values. The +3 variant’s PvP figure is also reported by the Fandom variant overview.

The PvP value for +3 is community-wiki-reported; the exact-item Eldenpedia page reports the 11% PvE effect, while Fandom reports 5% in PvP: Elden Ring Wiki’s Pearldrake Talisman overview.
Where to find Pearldrake Talisman +3
The talisman is loot in Shadow Keep’s Specimen Storehouse, in the statue arrangement. You must first use the seventh-floor lever to move the statues; the item is then reachable on the third floor. It is not described as a boss drop or a merchant purchase.

How to get it in the Specimen Storehouse
- Reach the seventh floor of the Specimen Storehouse in Shadow Keep.
- Pull the lever there to move the statues.
- Return to the third floor and find the statue’s head. Loot the talisman from its beard.
An alternate approach described by Eldenpedia begins at the Storehouse, Fourth Floor Site of Grace: go east to the railing, jump to the statue’s feet, run across its back, then drop down to the item. The statue-moving lever remains the key prerequisite for reaching the loot. The route is detailed on Eldenpedia’s item page.
Is it worth equipping?
It is a situational defensive choice when the damage you expect to take is non-physical. Its reported 11% PvE negation is the highest value in the Pearldrake progression, but it occupies a talisman slot and cannot be combined with another Pearldrake variant. For PvP, the reported reduction is 5%, according to the community-wiki variant overview.

Community sources disagree on the talisman’s weight: Eldenpedia lists 1.2, while the Fandom excerpt lists 0.9. Because that detail conflicts, check the in-game item screen rather than relying on either value.

Pearldrake Talisman +3 is found in the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion area, Shadow Keep. You need access to the expansion and must reach the Specimen Storehouse; the item page does not describe a separate purchase or boss requirement.
