After it opens, visit her during the day on Monday, Friday, or Saturday; she is unavailable when it rains. Bring a Temperance Persona and use the answer guide below to earn the most documented points at each rank.
How to unlock Eri’s Temperance Social Link
Apply for the assistant day-care position and work the job; that is the route to opening Eri’s link. Published guides disagree about the earliest possible event: ClutchPoints says it can begin as early as May 2, while the GameFAQs walkthrough lists a Rank 1 event on April 23. Because the dates conflict, use the job and your in-game calendar rather than relying on one date as universal.
See ClutchPoints’ Eri Minami guide and the GameFAQs rank-event walkthrough for their respective schedules and event listings.
Where and when to find Eri
- Days: Monday, Friday, and Saturday.
- Time: Daytime.
- Weather: She is unavailable when it rains.
- Travel: Take the bus from the Central Shopping District to the day-care location.
These schedule details are reported by both ClutchPoints and the GameFAQs walkthrough.

How to get more points from Eri’s answers
Carry a Persona of the Temperance Arcana when you spend time with Eri. Matching the Social Link’s Arcana increases points earned, while dialogue choices can add further progress. Some events do not rank up immediately; you may need to earn more points before the next rank-up scene becomes available. The general matching-Arcana mechanic is described in the Persona-101 Social Link guide.
The table uses the CP values in the GameFAQs walkthrough and gives the highest listed answer choices for each exchange. These are guide-reported values, not independently tested results. ClutchPoints reports different values for some choices, so the table does not combine the guides’ scoring scales.
