For a balanced starting setup in REMATCH, try Camera Speed, Camera Speed Boost, and Camera Aim Speed Boost at 1.8; Camera FOV at 80; Camera Shake at 0; and leave both axis-inversion options off. These are third-party suggested values, not an officially endorsed or universally best configuration. Adjust FOV first: a wider view shows more of the pitch but makes the ball look smaller.

Operation Sports’ settings guide recommends these values and advises players to tailor them to personal preference; it does not establish them as a tested optimum for every player.
How to choose your FOV
FOV is the main trade-off if you want to see more of the pitch. Operation Sports explains that raising it expands the visible field but makes the ball appear smaller. Lowering it makes the ball more prominent while reducing peripheral vision.

- Raise FOV above 80 if seeing more of the field and surrounding play matters most.
- Lower it below 80 if the ball feels too small or difficult to track.
Make small adjustments and play long enough to judge whether you can follow both the ball and nearby movement comfortably.

Sloclap’s news page lists Hotfix 1.205.004, released October 2, 2026, as the latest hotfix. Its summary reports a 12% reduction to standing tackle assist and gameplay bug fixes, but does not mention a camera-settings change. The available official notes therefore do not confirm whether the older third-party numeric recommendation has been retested or remains optimal in the current build. Use it as a starting point, not a guarantee.

Check the in-game camera options and adjust the settings that affect your own play. If your main problem is losing awareness of the pitch, try a higher FOV; if you struggle to keep the ball in view, try a lower one.
