No. Bloober Team’s rose-themed teaser sparked speculation about a Rule of Rose remake, but CEO Piotr Babieno rejected that interpretation. The countdown ultimately led to an announcement of Layers of Fear 3, not a remake of the 2006 horror game.
Why fans thought the teaser might be about Rule of Rose
Bloober Team shared a teaser featuring a rose, prompting fans to connect the imagery to Rule of Rose, the 2006 PlayStation 2 horror game. The resemblance was enough to start a rumor, but it did not establish that Bloober held the game’s rights or was developing a remake. Reporting on the speculation

Is a Rule of Rose remake announced or available?
The reporting establishes that Bloober’s teaser was not a remake announcement. It does not establish that a Rule of Rose remake is in development or available to buy. The original PS2 release is a separate product; any current listing would need to be checked for its condition, region, seller and availability.
