RUNESCAPE: DRAGONWILDS appears in the UK Intellectual Property Office’s trade marks journal 2025-013, but the journal listing alone does not show whether the mark was registered or why Jagex filed it. It is not evidence of a newly announced game: RuneScape: Dragonwilds launched in version 1.0 on 15 September 2026.
What does the UK trademark listing establish?
The UK IPO’s search result for journal 2025-013 includes the mark RUNESCAPE: DRAGONWILDS. The journal PDF could not be verified, so the available record does not establish an application number, precise filing date, covered goods or services, examination outcome, or current registration status. The listing confirms the mark appeared in that journal; it does not establish Jagex’s purpose or signal a specific future product.

When and where did the game launch?
Jagex says version 1.0 launched on 15 September 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and Xbox Series X|S. Its official launch page lists PC access through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Jagex Launcher, and describes crossplay support.
Jagex also reported that the game sold more than 1.5 million copies during its 18-month Steam Early Access period. That is the company’s own figure, not an independently verified sales estimate.

What access and physical editions did Jagex announce?
In its launch announcement, Jagex said the game was available through Xbox Game Pass Premium, Ultimate, and PC Game Pass, as well as PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium on PS5. These are dated company statements; check the relevant storefront or subscription catalogue for current availability.
Jagex announced physical Standard and Deluxe editions for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, planned for Q4 2026. The announcement did not list a physical Switch 2 edition, and a planned release does not by itself confirm that copies are on sale.

Jagex’s pricing post said the price would remain £24.99 or $29.99 after the 1.0 launch. Treat those amounts as the company’s stated pricing, rather than a guarantee of current prices in every region or storefront.

A trademark journal entry is a legal-record notice, not a game announcement. Because the underlying UK IPO record and its status are not established here, the listing should not be described as proof of registration, a new expansion, merchandise plans, or any other unannounced project. The game itself is already a released title; the filing is a separate, limited piece of evidence about the name.
