Where to get the GPS in Fisch
The Fisch Wiki lists two places to pick up the GPS: a chair beside the pond in Moosewood and the guard-post tower in Mushgrove Swamp. It costs 100 C$ at either location and displays your in-game coordinates when used. The community-maintained item page was updated September 25, 2026: Fisch Wiki: GPS.
- Moosewood: Look for the chair beside the pond.
- Mushgrove Swamp: Check the guard-post tower.
Choose whichever location is easier to reach from where you are; the listed price and function are the same. Interact with the GPS to purchase it, then equip or use it to display your coordinates. A guide published in April 2025 describes pressing E at the Moosewood pickup, but that prompt may depend on platform or game updates: Roblox Den: Fisch—How to See Coordinates (GPS).
How to read the GPS coordinates
The GPS shows three values: X, Y, and Z. The Fisch Wiki’s coordinate directions are:

- X: Increases as you travel west and decreases as you travel east.
- Z: Increases as you travel south and decreases as you travel north.
- Y: Increases as you go up and decreases as you go down.
When heading to a target, compare your current coordinates with its coordinates and adjust one axis at a time. First correct X or Z to move horizontally; then use Y to account for elevation. Checking the GPS between legs makes it easier to see whether you are moving in the intended direction. The axis directions are listed on the Fisch Wiki GPS page.
Use GPS coordinates to find a Treasure Map chest
- Get a Treasure Map. Treasure Maps can be obtained while fishing.
- Repair the map. Take it to Jack Marrow at Forsaken Shores and pay 250 C$. The repaired map reveals the chest location. See the Fisch Wiki Treasure Map page.
- Read the target coordinates. Use the repaired map’s X, Y, and Z values as the destination.
- Travel toward the target. Use the GPS to compare your current position with the map coordinates, correcting horizontal X and Z movement before adjusting vertical Y as needed.
- Reach and open the chest. The GPS helps you navigate to the chest location identified by the repaired map; see the Fisch Wiki Treasure Chest page.
The map supplies the destination; the GPS shows where your character is. They work together as in-game navigation tools, not as real-world GPS.
