There is no universal safe code for The Rook in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6: the four digits are randomized by playthrough. To get your code, tune the basement radio, listen for the four objects named in its message, then use your blacklight to find the digit marked by each object. Enter those digits in the order the message names the objects.
Where to find The Rook safe
The safe is upstairs in a bedroom beside a bed. You can reach it after solving the safehouse puzzle chain. Keep your blacklight handy: it reveals hidden symbols and digits used throughout the clues. Destructoid’s puzzle walkthrough and PCGamesN’s safehouse guide describe the route.

How to solve the safehouse puzzles
The intermediate puzzles lead to the basement radio, which provides the clues for your individual safe code. The keypad and computer cipher can vary, so use the clues in your own game rather than copying an example code.
1. Fix the boiler and generator
- Turn Fuel twice to switch the fuel off.
- Turn Boiler twice to switch the water off.
- Turn Fuel once to set it to half-fuel.
- Switch Pilot on.
- Turn Boiler twice to restore full water.

2. Play the piano
Use the blacklight to reveal the symbols, then press the keys in this fixed order: 5, 4, 2, 3, 4. Destructoid and PCGamesN report the same sequence.

3. Open the keypad door
Shine the blacklight on the keypad to identify the digits that have been pressed frequently. Their arrangement is randomized. Use the keypad’s feedback as you work out the order; an example sequence from another player may not match yours.
4. Solve the computer cipher
Match the digit strings on the computer to its cipher key. The strings can vary between playthroughs. PCGamesN gives “OPEN HOLDING ROOM BUNKER” as an example mapping, not a universal solution.

5. Get the basement key and tune the radio
Pick the lock to retrieve the key, then use the radio. Adjust its amplitude and frequency until the recording plays. Listen closely: the message names four objects, and that order determines how you will assemble the safe code.

- Write down the four objects named in the radio message, in the exact order you hear them.
- Use the blacklight to find the hidden digits associated with those objects around the safehouse.
- Put the four digits in the same order as the objects in the recording.
- Enter that four-digit sequence into the upstairs bedroom safe.
The method is consistent, but the resulting digits are individual to your playthrough. Destructoid’s safe-code explanation likewise ties the order to the radio message and the digits found with the blacklight.
