Check the PC’s operating system, processor, installed memory, graphics card, DirectX support, and available storage against the listing. Pay particular attention to the GPU and RAM. Update Windows and hardware drivers

Test for conflicts with background software
Close non-essential applications before starting the game, then retry. Change one thing at a time and note the result; that makes it easier to tell whether a change affected the crash.
