If that does not help, Aladdin X recommends deleting and redownloading the software. These steps are troubleshooting, not a guaranteed fix or proof of a particular cause. First, confirm which game is affected: Nintendo lists Suika Game Planet as a distinct Aladdin X title, while Aladdin X’s Switch troubleshooting FAQ is titled for Suika Game.
Before troubleshooting, identify what “crashing” means
Note what happens when the problem occurs. The game may freeze or stop responding, close unexpectedly and return to the HOME Menu, or display an error code or message. That distinction helps you choose the right support path.
- Freeze or no response: Follow Nintendo’s general downloaded-software troubleshooting.
- Unexpected closure with an error: Look up the displayed code or message using Nintendo’s error support. Nintendo advises searching for the specific error and following the steps for it.
Also verify the title. The game-specific instructions below come from Aladdin X’s Nintendo Switch FAQ for Suika Game. The Nintendo eShop listing identifies Suika Game Planet as a separate Aladdin X game available on Switch and Switch 2; the FAQ does not establish that every step is specific to Planet.
How to troubleshoot a game that freezes or closes
- Restart the console. Nintendo recommends restarting for downloaded software that freezes or closes unexpectedly. If the console is unresponsive, use Nintendo’s forced-shutdown directions for your model.
- Update the system and game. Aladdin X recommends installing the latest Nintendo Switch system software and game version when the software suddenly ends or behaves abnormally.
- Check the game data. Use the console’s software data integrity check. Both Aladdin X and Nintendo include checking for corrupted data in their troubleshooting guidance.
- Delete and redownload the game if the problem continues. Aladdin X recommends this step. Its FAQ says deleting the software does not delete save data. Read the console’s confirmation prompts carefully; purchased add-on content may need to be downloaded again.
- Test storage only if you use a microSD card. If the game is installed on a card and the issue persists, Nintendo’s general guidance suggests trying a different card or downloading the software to system memory. This is a conditional diagnostic, not an established Suika Game Planet cause.
When to contact support
If the steps do not resolve the issue, Aladdin X’s FAQ directs players to the console maker. Contact Aladdin X about a game-specific problem and Nintendo about console troubleshooting or an error code. Include details that help narrow down the case:

What official guidance can—and cannot—tell you
Aladdin X’s FAQ lists updating, checking game data, and redownloading as steps for sudden closure or abnormal behavior. Nintendo’s general downloaded-software guidance adds restarting and, when relevant, testing microSD storage. The guidance does not establish that crashes share one cause, identify a particular update or storage condition as responsible, or promise that any step will fix every case.
