In Arknights: Endfield, Sandleaf is a rough-leaved resource you can gather in Power Plateau or cultivate in the AIC. Its leaves can be shredded into powder used for industrial grinding. The name is ambiguous, but the game item is the best-supported interpretation for this video-game article.

What is Sandleaf in Arknights: Endfield?

Sandleaf is a fictional plant resource. Its in-game description says it can be gathered in the wilderness or cultivated in the AIC, and that shredding it produces a powdered preparation for industrial grinding. The community item page gives that description; it also cautions that its information may be outdated or incomplete.

An unofficial Endfield DB entry records Sandleaf Powder among its material outputs, but the database says its recipe coverage may be incomplete. The item’s resemblance to a real plant, if noted by fan sources, does not establish that Sandleaf is a real-world species.

Where to find Sandleaf

The community wiki lists Power Plateau, specifically Plateau Trunkway, as a gathering location. It also lists Eco-Farm as an acquisition route, corresponding to cultivation in the AIC.

A Game8 guide excerpt dated April 7, 2026, reports 17 Sandleaf locations in Power Plateau and says access follows the “Eve of Battle” mission and Authority Level 34. These are third-party guide details, not confirmed current in-game requirements: the guide page was not directly accessible, so check the map and unlock conditions in your current game build.

How to farm Sandleaf in the AIC

A Game8 guide excerpt describes an automated farming setup using a Planting Unit and a Seed-Picking Unit. It says to place the units together and connect their belts into a loop, with some output diverted toward the Automation-Core while the loop continues. Treat this as a reported setup rather than a verified current-build blueprint; confirm unit availability, connections, and recipes in-game.

The basic decision is between collecting Sandleaf in the field and setting up cultivation. The available sources do not establish comparative yields or prove that one approach is universally better. Gathering avoids the need to build a production loop; cultivation is the route to consider if you want an ongoing AIC supply and have the relevant units and inputs.

How to get Sandleaf Seeds

Game8’s 2026 guide excerpt says a Seed-Picking Unit processes Sandleaf into seeds, while a Planting Unit uses seeds to grow Sandleaf. The excerpt lists these game recipe figures:

Process Reported recipe Source and qualification
Seed-Picking Unit 1 Sandleaf produces 2 seeds in 2 seconds Game8 guide excerpt, 2026; verify in the current game build.
Planting Unit 1 seed produces 1 Sandleaf in 2 seconds Game8 guide excerpt, 2026; verify in the current game build.

These are reported in-game recipe values, not real-world statistics. The guide page was not directly accessible, and Endfield DB independently records a Planting Unit relationship while warning that its dataset may omit relationships. Use the live unit interface as the final check before building around these numbers.

What is Sandleaf used for?

Its stated purpose is to be shredded into powder for industrial grinding. The Endfield DB also lists Sandleaf Powder as an output, but its unofficial and potentially incomplete recipe data does not establish every current use or processing detail.

Is Sandleaf a real product or plant?

There is also a website at sandleaf.net with the tagline “Empowering Tomorrow with Solar Energy.” The accessible site provides no substantive product or company details that establish a connection to the Arknights: Endfield resource. The game item is not a verified physical retail product, and the website alone is not a basis for recommending solar products or seeds.
