2K labels this progression path “MyCAREER”; it is the track relevant to MyPLAYER rewards. The complete level-by-level list below is from NBA 2KW’s January 8, 2025 breakdown, a secondary source. 2K’s January 9 announcement independently confirms the headline milestones at Levels 14, 30, 38, 39 and 40.

- Level 14: Drift Trike, marked New Gen only by 2K. The announcement does not specify which individual platforms its “New Gen” label covers.
- Level 30: Tier 1 “Max +1” Badge Perk.

- Level 39: Banana Man Costume.
- Level 40: +1 Cap Breaker.
MyTEAM rewards were a separate track

How the paid Season 4 passes differed
2K described the Pro Pass as adding 40 earnable levels of MyCAREER and MyTEAM content. Its automatic rewards included a Mocap Suit, All-Star 2025 Cuban Chain Necklace, Galaxy Opal Dirk Nowitzki card and Season 4 Pro Pass Pack. That pack included HOF Limitless Range, three Diamond Nike Shoes and a Satellite Takeover Card. The announcement also listed a Pro Pass-exclusive Level 40 Dark Matter Dwyane Wade.
Pro and Hall of Fame passes required separate purchase, the base game, an internet connection and a 2K Account. NBA 2KW’s secondary breakdown says the Hall of Fame Pass included Pro Pass rewards, 10 Season Level Skips, a 15% XP bonus and 15,000 VC. These are historical Season 4 pass details, not an indication that those passes remain available.

Progression and missing rewards
2K said players earned XP to climb the seasonal rewards ladder. Its Season 4 announcement does not provide an XP-per-mode rate or a verified fastest way to progress, so there is no supported basis here for naming an optimal grind route.
For season-specific awards generally, NBA 2K Support says rewards can take up to 72 hours after a new season starts to tally and arrive. This is general support guidance, not a Season 4-specific guarantee. If a reward is still missing after that window, submit a support ticket with your NBA 2K account name, platform ID, platform, in-game registration email and the specific reward you expected.
